You must set up your mailbox the first time you use your U.S. Cellular® Voice Mail.
Choosing A Secured Password To protect your privacy, the new Voice Mail system doesn't allow "easy-to-guess" passwords, including repeating digits (3333), consecutive digits (1234 or 4321) or ascending or descending even/odd numbers (2468 or 7531). Your choice of a unique password will be an important step in protecting your Voice Mail service.

Listen to message (from the main menu)
You must set up your mailbox the first time you use your U.S. Cellular® Voice Mail.
- Access your mailbox by dialing *86 or your 10-digit wireless phone number + SEND
- If calling from your mobile phone, you will be taken directly into the initialization dialog. If calling from an alternate phone, press * to interrupt your greeting and use 9999 as your initial access key
- Follow these prompts to set up your mailbox:
- Choose English or Spanish as your language preference
- Set up your 4-10 digit password
- Record your voice signature
- Record or select your greeting
- Start using your mailbox

- Dial *86 or your 10-digit wireless phone number + SEND
- Follow the prompts to enter your password or start using your mailbox
Accessing Your Voice Mailbox From Any Other Phone
- Dial your wireless number
- During greeting, Press * and enter your password when prompted
Listen to message (from the main menu)
- Press 1 (see Playback Commands)
- Press # or just hang up to End/exit
